Details and function of the Air-Swing 3000 Pro
Modular design
Thanks to a quick-change device, the worktops can be exchanged very easily without tools in just a few seconds. The fact that the worktops are free-standing means that the textiles can be pulled on easily so that only the section to be printed is in contact. This results in the following advantages:
- Transfer prints on the reverse side are protected
- No print creases
- Prints do not show through
In addition to the standard worktop sizes, we also produce custom sizes!
Electrics and display
The temperature and time can be set and read easily, quickly and simply on our clear display.
Heating plate
Rapid heating and an even and constant temperature are guaranteed thanks to the latest Mikanit heating foil technology. Our heating plates, which we manufacture ourselves, are supplied with a Teflon cover as standard, which is attached with a clamping device and can be replaced by the customer at any time.
In addition to the standard heating plates, we also manufacture custom sizes!
How it works
To start the pressing process on the Air-Swing 3000 PRO fully automatic pneumatic heat press, simply press either a foot switch or a hand switch on the machine. The heat press swings and presses all by itself.
Once the set pressing time has elapsed, the heat press opens again automatically and the new pressing process can be started again. You can also choose between automatic and manual operation. Manual operation simply means that the press can be swiveled by hand. The pressing process then also starts automatically as soon as the swivel arm has reached the end position above the worktop.
It is also possible to define whether only one plate is pressed or both. The machine also has a manual pre- and post-pressing function. The contact pressure can be set precisely using a pressure regulator.
Consumables
As the name suggests, the Teflon protection for the heater ensures that the heating plate is protected against dirt such as adhesive residue or paint. In addition, the Teflon can be cleaned very easily or, in the worst case, simply replaced with a new one.
A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop or the silicone rubber. The cover also ensures that the textiles slide better over the worktop when pulled on. It can be washed or replaced.
The silicone rubber on the worktop contributes significantly to the printing result. Thanks to the wide range of printing options now available, you can achieve different results with hard or soft silicone rubber overlays. As we do not glue our overlays to the worktops, the silicone rubber can also be replaced with a different one at any time. A medium-hard one is supplied as standard. However, you can also order a soft and a hard silicone rubber from us.
