Membrane heat press
Membrane presses are heat presses with a special inflatable work table. It is filled with compressed air through an air connection on the work table. The work table presses against the heating plate during the pressing process. Do the textiles have irregularities such as seams, buttons, zippers, etc.? No problem for membrane presses, as they compensate for such unevenness. Since the complete textile can be mounted on the Fuchs membrane presses, positioning is much easier. Especially when applying small motifs, such as breast logos, press edges often occur.
If you use a membrane heat press instead of a conventional transfer press, these press margins are much smaller. The highlight: Fuchs membrane presses can also be used as conventional transfer presses by deactivating the membrane function. All that is then required is to replace the membrane plate with a standard work plate. This can be very useful, because in some textiles, non-heat-resistant materials are processed, which makes the use of a smaller standard workplate necessary.
