Transfer Applications

Sliding table function
Due to the pull-out sliding table, the textiles and motifs can be positioned very easily and conveniently. Also, the sliding table of this heat press has a snap-in function that prevents the unintentional shifting when positioning.
Exchange system of the working plates
The unique interchangeable system turns a large format press into a transfer press with 2 work plates in the blink of an eye. Optionally, you can equip the machine with a large support plate to deposit excess material.
Functionality
This transfer press works like actually all pneumatic transfer presses. The pressing process is triggered by a 2-hand operation. After the set time the heating opens automatically and the sliding table can be pulled out. The machine also has a break-off function which can be used for pre-pressing and post-pressing as required.
The temperature and time can be easily and quickly set or read on our clear display.
Heating and worktops
Fast heating as well as even and constant temperature is guaranteed thanks to the latest Mikanit heating foil technology.
All of our heating plates that we manufacture ourselves are supplied with a Teflon cover as standard. Likewise, our worktops have a silicone rubber and a Nomex nettle cover which can be renewed at any time.
In addition to the standard dimensions of the heating and work tops, we also manufacture your very special desired size.
