Thanks to a quick-change device, the worktops can be exchanged in just a few seconds without any tools at all. Because the worktops are free-standing, the textiles can be easily pulled on, so that only the cut-out to be printed lies on it. This results in the following advantages:
- Transfer prints on the reverse side are protected
- no pressure wrinkles
- Prints don't go through

Fast heating as well as an even and constant temperature is guaranteed thanks to the latest Mikanit heating foil technology. Our heating plates, which we manufacture ourselves, are supplied with a Teflon cover as standard, which is fastened with a clamping device and can be replaced by the customer himself at any time.
In addition to the standard heating plates, we also manufacture custom sizes!
The Teflon protection for the heating ensures, as the name suggests, that the heating plate is protected against dirt such as glue residues or paint. In addition, the Teflon is very easy to clean or, in the worst case, can simply be replaced by a new one.
A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop or silicone rubber. The cover also ensures that the textiles slide better over the worktop when pulled on. It can be washed or also replaced.
The silicone rubber on the worktop contributes significantly to the printing result. Due to the meanwhile very varied printing possibilities you get different results with hard or softer silicone rubber layers. As we do not glue our pads to the worktops, the silicone rubber can also be exchanged for another at any time. A medium-hard one is delivered as standard. However, you can also order a soft and a hard silicone rubber from us.
How it works
When the transfer press is closed, the mechanism automatically engages by means of a toggle lever principle. The pressure can be adjusted via an easily accessible knurled screw. An acoustic signal sounds when the set time has elapsed. The time of unlocking is thus indicated unmistakably. By briefly lifting the lever arm, the machine opens again gently by itself.
